Good morning G&H my review is that you guys are okay so far and that the car is running great I-thank Mr-David for taking my phone call when i-was in the process of purchasing a vehicle he established how i-would be doing my down-payment and my sales and taxes and processing fees because i-received my income once a month so he work with me alot and he ask me when will i-able to come at G&H to purchase a vehicle so i-ask him what is my options to get a vehicle from is car lot then he said he has a 2006 TOYOTA CAMRY AND my down-payment payment would be $695 dollars and my processing fee would be $388 and my monthly payments would be $340 A MONTH so i-told MR-DAVID about my income he you can do just come and see him so that's what i-did but he also said come quickly because these low down-payment goes very fast so i-got my wife to drive me all the way to 930 east little creek road in Norfolk to get this TOYOTA CAMRY i-was very pleased with the service from the G&H CAR LOT i-drove off after i-spoke to the financial department so I am now telling people about my experience with G&H CAR LOT thank you very much MR-DAVID AND FAMILY.

I was looking for a car that fit my son's personality and left the lot that day with a suped-up Scion TC. My son was really please because it had all the bells and whistles teenagers like ( I even enjoyed myself the few times I get to drive). To date this car has not failed us as we have had no issues with it; mind you my son is now a college student that drives back and forth to school weekly. The one issue I did have was fixed right away at the lot. G&H has been really great to my family. Last year I had a devastating event happen in my life and they work with me to get back on track. I am very grateful for them. They have a willingness to help and their prices are fair. I look forward to doing business with them again when my next child needs a car very soon.

G&H auto... we’re all scared of by here pay here’s right? So was I until I went to G&H ever salesman is good and any questions you have in a vehicle they tell you the truth! I love my vehicle no check engine light up to date inspections of course and I swear I only spent about 30-40 minutes there before I was driving off. This was December and I still love my car !!!!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The lot has a variety of selections and you’re able to test drive any vehicle you are interested in. They even helped me establish an insurance plan right then and there. Paperwork went by seamlessly and before I knew it I had my new car. This is a great little spot if you're looking for a car. I'm now on my second car with them and haven't had any issues yet. The customer service is great! I recently bought a car here and desperately needed a vehicle without financing a 10k+ vehicle. I came after work from Newport News and literally the whole team was super helpful and accommodating. When I came after work I got there about 5:45 and they closed at 7 I think and they were still very helpful and made sure I left with a vehicle that worked for my family, we have an 11 month old so I need an SUV or a van and they made sure I got what I needed and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t. Most of my car buying experiences have been a salesmen driving me crazy and suggesting cars I didn’t even want and that was not my experience here. I love the vehicle I purchased it works great for my family and there payment schedule is perfect. Every other Friday which is payday how perfect is that? I 100% recommend trying to get a vehicle from them!

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry (SILVER COLOR) in August of 2018. Here it is almost two years later and I still have the same car. I only had to pay for minor repairs but she still gets me from point A to B and back to A again and again. I had many miles when I first got her and have driven many more miles since I've had her. I would recommend you to my closest friends and family, or even a stranger. Two days after driving her off the lot, I won a 50" Sharp Smart TV, so I got there just in time for that drawing. Thank you G&H for being there when I needed you the most. Now you just have to work on an Internet Method Of Payment. Other than the above mention, it's all good.

I was looking at my Scion for about 3weeks and I was dealing with David , he is AWESOME! The process is fast and simple. If you can have your insurance already processed and sent over by fax it helps you and your sales person get through the process even faster.
